Are you sure you aren't looking at a speedometer?

Well, then, that's that. *It would cost an arm and a leg to get a new glass
for this one, and then not be sure if it would work. *My GPS does the same
thing, and is pretty accurate.

Most of this are not sealed. Talke it out and leave it on top of a
heater vent for a couple days.

Unless you mean the glass has deposits on the inside. They can be
disassembed by carefully bending out from the back side the crimped
ring that holds the glass to the plastic.
