Oh wait - San Francisco - that explains everything. Yeah, but... the *area* hasn't elected a Democrat since sometime in the 1800s. The 23 District moves around. At one time it was part of Manhattan. Fine - 1979 to 1983 which was the last time it was "stable". And it's always been called the 23rd. So there. Neener, neener, neener. :) I mean seriously - yeah but? It works both ways. :) |
