pension/401K/IRA/ROTH. No, it was super-mega rich in private equity.
Take a good look at Carlyle and Cerberus, look at Harvard graduates on
the excutive of all companies involved, past politicial associations
including Bush Sr, Osama Bin Laden's brother, look at who really got the
money at the end of the day with GM.

American's have been screwed by their own, they just haven't fully
realized it yet.
