I can remember when I could drop and do 20 in a heartbeat. Probably
couldn't do it any more. I just tried. Made it to 7. Whew.

I can do 10 pushups... no problem (yes, without using my knees). I
can't do pullups though. I get about 3/4 of the way and that's it.

I eat way more fish than meat. I don't catch fish, but I cook them. I used
to be a total vegetarian, but it was too difficult.
