Pretty stupid, huh? If the Democrats consider it such a great bill, they should pass it by themselves. No reason to blame Republicans. No one said the Democrats were blaming the Republicans. It said the citizens of the United States were going to blame the Republicans for failing to deliver health care reform at a rate of 2:1 over Democrats. Think that's going to help get seats back for the party of the rich? Go back and read. I didn't say Democrats were blaming Republicans, and I didn't say Democrats were stupid. (I'd *never* say something like that.) It was stupid for anyone to blame congressional Republicans. The Democrats could pass the bill on their own. If it doesn't pass, then *only* the Democrats should be blamed. In other words, if it passes, blame the Democrats. If it doesn't, blame the Democrats. It's their baby, just like the Afghan war, 'bama's 'War of Necessity'. (Whoops!) Well, I guess we can count you in the 16%. As if we didn't know that. |
