I seem to vaguely remember something about a movie regarding the
assassination of President Bush. Does my memory fail me, or is that
correct? I think it is hilarious, and I KNOW it's a joke. Do you
know
how I KNOW it is a joke? If he had really flown low over Texas, the
plane
would be a pile of smoking rubble. Texans are better shots than
that.

One. There was a slew of, in poor taste, jokes and remarks about our
former president. But that's different, right?


No. It isn't different. Did I say it was different. I think the whole idea,
meant to be funny or not is wrong-headed.

Who said they were patriotic? Death threats against the President are up
400% over Bush's last year in office, and in Bush's last years, he wasn't
very popular. Since Carter is always wrong, we know it can't be racism.
So, it must be the Right has some un-American trash in it's midst.
