No, I don't want to buy a red barn. I think BAR put his finger on it. If you itemize it is probably a wash. Otherwise I would pay off the mortgage. I would buy some good dividend paying stocks. Or General Obligation Muni Bonds. Depending where you live you can get 5+ percent bonds. Not Revenue bonds, but G.O's. |
