Do you think you would feel qualified as an educator if you'd been
employed for several years as a professor of constitutional law?

Are you still popping your wife's pain meds?

Was obama a professor of Constitutional law?

From his actions he and biden appear to have no knowledge that the US
Constitution exist.

We're not talking about Biden.

The specific complaint was the he has no basis for addressing school
children since he has qualifications as a teacher.

Do you something to refute my assertion that he has every
qualification to think of himself as a teacher as a result of having
been paid as a professor or constitutional law at a university?

Besides that, he's the leader of our country.

The problem here is that some folks can't get over that there's a
black man in the White House and some folks are just sour grapes
losers who can't get over the fact that their party is woefully out of
power.

Bigots and sore losers. What a team.

So he can't be criticized for his failures because he's 1/2 black? You
must be joking.

A professor of constitutional law is in no way qualified to teach K-12
in the Virginia public schools, and I doubt if he would be qualified
in any other state. Of course, Chicago would probably hire him.

I guess you've never had the opportunity to have a guest lecturer on campus.

Is teaching what he's doing or is he giving a talk about why education is
important? Ummm... let's see.

Nice strawman though.

I would have no problems with him providing any university with a
lesson plan and a televised speech.

Neither would I. What's your point?

Herring doesn't have points, other than talking.

Right.
POTUS.
A failed life.
Sure.
Get over your jealousy.
You know, if you take care of yourself, who's prez don't matter.
Just work around it, taking advantage when you can.
Did you get some of that cash-for-clunkers gravy?
How about some of that BOA or Ford stock?
You can short what you think will go down.
The Wall Street casino is alive and kicking.
Maybe do some real estate speculation.
Work your business into defense contracts, or healthcare.
Take some personal responsibility. *Use your imagination.
Blaming your shortcomings on Obama won't work any better than blaming
them on Bush.

Okay, no more preaching.

Hey Vic: If you get up this way, I'll take you out on the Tolman and
you can teach me how to fish.

How about you and the wife coming down to Punta Gorda for a day or
two. There's an extra bedroom/bath in the condo and my wife's a good
cook. Professional cook.
We can do some fishing out back in the canal, and take a trip on this:
http://www.capttonys.com/prices.html
I'm going to be down there from the 16th to the 2nd.
We can play it by ear.
Only other thing I'm planning is a couple days in the Keys.
You don't need a fishing license for the head boat, but I'm getting
one anyway for any other fishing I do down there.
Nothing to fishing the way I do it. Put some shrimp or squid on the
hook and toss it out. Repeat as necessary. Can't make it like work.
I'll have extra rods/reels, but for the head boat I'll use their gear.
It's usually heavy enough to horse anything in.

Yeah! He only taught Constitutional law. Nothing to do with education there.

The "Let's Worship Obama" lesson plan would not produce admiration
from kids in High School, it would produce contempt. Their failure to
recognize this places them so far out from reality as to clearly
illustrate their incompetance. I can guarantee that after doing this
worshipful worksheet, high school kids are going to go out and burn as
much gas as they can just to rebel against stupidity.
High School kids are going to listen to him and do this BS work and
then think "Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing it's idiot". I
have no problem with this as it will cause these kids to vote against
liberal stupidity when they turn 18 but it does show that the USA is
in real trouble right now.
Are you a birther or a bircher? It's hard to figure it out from your
diatribe. I guess it was ok for Reagan and both Bushs to talk to kids, as
they were Republicans.

Nom=de=Plume

Reagan and Bush's depts of ed did not issue soviet-like directives
about their speeches.

According to you, internationally recognized authority on propaganda.

Truth is, each of the Republican presidents used the pulpit to forward
their agendas with school children.

Some of us were adult enough to hold our noses and let the kids hear
what they had to say.

The infantile response of the "conservative" base is mind blowing.

Grow up and get over the fact that your party is in shambles and has
lost control of the country. And thank God it's in smarter hands.

If you will read the news in the real world the Republican party is not
in shambles that it is suppose in the virtual world. The last I heard
there are at least 23 seats that will be transfered to the Republican
party in 2010. Many analyst are predicting that the Republican party
will take control of both houses. Historically the out party has
replaced the in party after presidential election of a new President.

Reagan and Bush's depts of ed did not issue soviet-like directives
about their speeches. *They also did not issue north korean-like
presidential worship lesson plans.

This is just looney... you can *say* this, but that doesn't make it true.

Most of us have no problems with
the pres speaking to the kids but the way it has been done is like
something from North Korea and shows how completely incompetant this
administration is.

Apparently it was ok when Reagan talked about his tax-cut proposals to kids
and when Bush the First asked kids to write him with how they could help
him.

But, it's not ok when Obama does this.

Quite frankly, the Obama admin seems to be composed of total morons.

Compared to what? Bush II?

There is no possible way that anybody with any intelligence would
allow these people to get anywhere near their health care. *It would
not matter if 99% of voters voted for Obama and still supported him,
the other 1% should use any means necessary to prevent their lives
being put in danger by having morons running health care. *You do not
allow the inmates of an asylum to run around with loaded guns no
matter how they vote.

Over 70% of the voting public is in favor of a public option, which despite
your attempt to make a competitive option sound like a gov't takeover of US
healthcare, isn't. So, what you're saying is that 70% of the voting public
has no intelligence. Quite a statement.

Statements coming from the right don't have to be true. *

They just have to stir up some emotion that's sitting deep inside
these sore losers and bigots.

Except for running for office, Obama's entire life has been a complete
failure.

You could disuade anyone from taking you seriously with these stupid
statements.

His law degree is from among the top schools in the country, having
also been elected to head the most prestigious higher ed publication
about the law.

He's now the President of the United States, leader of the free world
and likely the most influential person in the world. If he did not
another thing in his life, he'd be considered wildly successful.

Oh, don't forget about the two bestselling books.

I don't understand how you can be so dense, but you've successfully
proven it's possible.
