Loogy, if I knew what 'mess' Bush left in Afghanistan, and If Obama would be specific about what he is 'cleaning up', then I wouldn't have the question. Do you realize that you, et al, have provided umpteen responses, none of which provide any more of an answer than 'clean up the mess'.
