We've never been stopped for speeding on the CT River but have seen a number of other people get nailed, especially in that stretch between the railroad bridge and the highway bridge. The water cops have a very innocent looking older cuddy cabin runabout that they hide out in. We once had a DNR boat shadow us for about 10 miles further up river in the Middletown area but we were being *very* careful. |
