vetted by anyone other than cops covering their backsides.

Oh...and there seem to be some "discrepancies" between the police report
and Crowley's statements.

And Clark signed an agreement to let things be. As he most likely showed up
bad on the police video. But he is the one to break that agreement to pimp
some documentary he is or has made.
