Not really. I primarily use mine searching for structure and reading
the sub-surface thermoclines. And use of the GPS isn't much more of a
help either - it helps you return to productive locations, but it's
still a guessing game of water/weather conditions, lure selection,
presentation and all the other factors that go into catching fish.
