OK, if you truly believe in global warming, you have to admit that you could become rich by investing in future waterfront. A small amount of money invested tax free now would turn into a huge amount when it becomes waterfront. So, why aren't you investing? If you are not doing this, It must be because you simply dont really believe. But it's not that simple. You can believe in the science and yet not have a clue of what the ocean rise will be. Soooo... do you invest in +5' real estate?.... or +20' real estate? Frankly, I think the only safe investment is a boat! Either a houseboat or an Ark ;-) ...... although I've recently used that justification to buy another sailboat ;-) Rick |
