Gelcoat Maple tree stains
Spent a nice day on a coworkers 26' Macgreger Sailboat.
Beautiful boat except it recently was stored under a tree and has horrible sap stains all over it. He says he has tried everything. Today I tried Xtreme hull cleaner, a product I found worked really well on waterline scum ,basically an acid, it didnt work at all. Any suggestions? Magic potions? Grammas old recipies? Thanks in advance. RK Lake Simcoe Ontario Canada |

It's what's in the stain remover FSR and a heck of a lot cheaper. Make certain you rinse well once it's done it's thing. jps |

Something that I have been able to use on car, boat, canoe, anything is
Rapid Tap. I'm not sure where you can get it from but it's used for tapping threads in pipe and steel. It works and doesn't damage the paint, gelcoat or materials.... plus it's cheap. Good Luck! IF it is infact sap... if it's something else I don't know how it will
work... it may still work... I know for sure it removes the lumps of sap... "M.E." wrote in message ... Something that I have been able to use on car, boat, canoe, anything is Rapid Tap.
