Hmmm, I propose senility as the explanation for this behavior.
Senility can cause one to become unable to think clearly and to adhere
to outmoded modes of thought as HK does. It can also cause a person
to mix up fact and fiction which seems to have happened with HK. It
is sad when it happens and we should pity those affected and be
understanding. "Yes Harry, the Repubs are coming to get you but we
won't let em get you".

You know, I haven't seen one post of yours...not one...that indicates
you know anything about anything...You don't seem to know anything about
power boats, fishing, sailboats, practical inventions, medical
diagnosis, tourism...

Perhaps you should stick to what you seem to do best: expounding on
consumer inventions/ideas you get that will never sell enough units to
recover their cost. I should have encouraged you to take that Atlantic
Ocean trip in your rowboat.
