I think Palins characterization of Letterman as being a 60 yr old
pervert interested in raping a 14 yr old girl is an excellent example
of this method. Letterman prob is not a pervert interested in raping
14 yr old girls but he is stupid so she should take advantage of his
stupidity and should press the charge harder. Old male pervs preying
on very young girls is a charge that will resonate with most mothers.
