How much of Iraq will we own for the two trillion plus we'll be spending

Maybe when we visit Iraq as tourists, we can check out "Eisboch Alley."

And think, if the $2 trillion was left in the taxpayers pockets, add the
trillion for banks and other over spending to get 3 trillion, and they were
as usual spending it would we have a depression/recession?
