For some reason it seems odd to read that, coming from you.

It shouldn't. I'm all for diversity of opinion. As an example, while I
disagee with you on many points political, I don't begrudge you holding
those views, nor do I think you should adopt my views, unless you want
to do so, and vice versa. Note that I don't get "upset" with you because
of your views, though you sometimes get upset with me because of my views.

As an example, *I* am pro-choice. But a lot of people in this country
are not. Well, I wouldn't pretend to shove my views on that topic down
their throats. I expect the same courtesy from them. I want no
impediments place in front of women who want an abortion. If someone is
opposed to abortion, I want no legislation passed that would force them
to get one.

On the other hand, I am also anti-torture, and I want legal impediments
placed in front of anyone in authority who would engage in it.

I could present a detailed rationale for each of my positions, but this
is, after all, rec.boats, and it makes no sense to dangle thoughts in
front of the likes of JustHate, Loogy, and the rest of the retards.

Great idea. Why don't you go dangle your thoughts somewhere else.

Exactly. Harry's the narrow minded person I know of.

As Fords will soon be the only American car not built by the
government, I can understand a socialist's negativity towards Fords.
They probably get ranked right up there with Wal Mart.
