Nope. That's where the pipes were under the curb, sidewalk and lawn by
the water company. Didn't have sprinklers on that house, just a shallow
well for lawn watering.

I find it a tiny bit humorous that Loogy tries to depict himself as an
expert on anything other than his job of delivering, picking up and
emptying construction site porti-potties.
