We stayed at the falls Marriott. It is pretty nice over there.

Great view! We're planning on a helicopter ride, so maybe we'll get at
least one good view. I wonder if the Marriott folks would mind if we
just took the elevator up for some pictures?

We're going to be staying here.

You are going to have to chat up a guest. The hallways are all on the
street side and the rooms on the falls side.
You could try the Casino/bar next door but it might be cheaper to just
get a room at the Marriott ;-)

Thanks!

Aside from the falls, which are spectacular, the best "sites" are on the
Canadian side, especially the gardens. The American side...not so terrific.- Hide quoted text -

That's because you don't know a damned thing about Niagara Falls, NY
apparently. There are many, many great things to do and see on the
U.S. side. The escarpment, the power plant tour, the gorge, the Maid
of the Mist, the under the falls tour, the aquarium, Fort Niagara, and
on and on. I guess, though you could choose the Canadian side, and go
to their cheesy casinos.

Yeah, who in their right mind would want to be out in nature in all of
it's glory.......when you could be in a cramped hotel room and feel,
well, like you are at home.....
What a friggin' boring asshole you are.

If you do a chopper ride of the falls, much cheaper to take off from the
USA. For starters, GST+PST just get people just-****ed. Plus American
companies charge less for starters.

Ah, everyone should see Niagra once, stay on the US side and run over for
the day. Been there 3 or 4 times myself. But agree, will never likey
return. Would rather go boating/fishing in Northwestern Ontario.
