JustHate..alias Scotty, has no interest in boats.... This is proven daily by his posts here. Looks like he was runoff his own site. Let's look at YOUR posts from the last month or so, shall we? Yeah, Pinky should talk ![]() ************************************************** *** Who the 'ell is "Pinky"?- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - You, Ms. RAV4 ************************************************** *** Well Ms. Piece of Junk Jeep. The RAV4 has sat at the top of the ratings list for years. It's a great little vehicle, nimble, peppy and fun to drive. This latest version is almost as big as the previous version of the Highlander. A short little pantywaist like you could live in the rear cargo area with the 2nd row of seats folded forward. It's a very sensible choice for a city dweller in this day & age. You have an apartment in the city? That explains why you might not have room for a couch. Who said anything about an apartment? That asbestos still affecting you from your navy days? As far as my living room...most of one side is taken up by a captains window & electric heater I installed a couple years ago. On another, the fireplace is right in the middle..making it hard to squeeze in a full sized couch/chesterfield/sofa. On the remaining two sides are double french doors....... one set leading to the dining room and the other to the front entryway. We had a large couch when we bought the house in '85... got rid of it. Wife is making noises about a love seat for the back room though. (2/3rds of a couch) Yes I do worry about asbestos. We spent 6 months in port during a fram job and the dust kicked up by the workers was incredible. Thanks for asking. What the heck is a Captain's window. I take it you have a spectacular view out that window. There's nothing to prevent you from putting a couch in your, den, tv room, family room, or rumpus room, is there. A home just isn't a home without a couch. |
