Citibank is another of those badly managed oversized banks. The feds
ought to let the damned banks fail, take them over, and sell their
assets to teams of execs who can run a bank properly.

Might happen. "We" will soon own more than a third of Citibank as a part
of the bailout. I wouldn't mind seeing Citibank fail, along with B of A
and a few others, so their assets can be sold.
