Well, that is unless they get paid or told by the US to bust
(neutralize) someone... Just ask Marc (the narc) Emery :( (DAGS) Then
they are willing to bend which ever way they are told to...

Thanks for reminding me of that travesty of justice.

Oh, so it's ok to jail without proof of any law being broken if it
suits your agenda in Canada but not in the US... I get it now.

I didn't go anywhere...you and LoonyTunes were the ones who changed not just
pews, but churches.
Hopefully the New Year will bring peace & happiness to all.... not to
mention some of our lost investments back.

That is what I was trying to do. I never saw the original posts.

Agent is misthreading quite a few posts.... probably because of
2009.... anyway I either didn't get them or I missed them because they
were mixed into the middle of something from 2004.....

What you need is a decent news reader ..... like OE or Windows Mail. They
work fine. :-)

Meanwhile, until this fuss blows over in here, I am hanging out over in one
of the Harley groups where the discussions are much more refined, polite,
respectful and on-topic.

I don't think it's Agent. I think it's the server. The same thing happens
here occasionally, and because other screwy things happen with Cox, I think
this problem is the fault of Cox also.

No, Eisboch is correct, it is Agent and virtually every other news
client threads correctly. Forte, apparently, has adopted a "quick
threading" algorithm that works fast, but poorly.

Still experimenting after all these years!

I'm sorry. I keep forgetting you've got the new, upgraded stuff. Any time

I am using 1.5. Bought it about ten or twelve years ago.

As part of Forte's beta testing group I think I have all of the build
since about 0.89.

Your 1.93 has the same flawed algorithm as the latest 5.X build...

How about 1.91? That's the one I use.

Nah, it's Agent. It is on their "bug fix list," it just isn't nearly
close enough to the top.

Hmmmm - interesting.

I wonder why it didn't do it with mine? I was gone for two weeks and
it ordered everything perfectly - no problems.

I think it has a lot to do with how large a database you have
accumulated (per group) and sometimes, I swear, phase of the moon....

I have 1.93 in my download folder because I did download and install it. I
remember not liking it for some reason, but can't remember why. Luckily I
still had 1.91 on a disk and was able to reinstall it.

I've never had a problem with it.
