Concience.. they knew they were wrong and apologized.. The Governor of
Illinois doesn't even think he has done anything wrong, William
Jefferson (remember the 90 thou in cash in the freezer) doesn't think
he did anything wrong and was rewarded by Pelosi and Reid with a great
job in charge of the comittee funding the FBI offices that were
investigating them.. Barney Frank, Bill Clinton, Chris Dodd.. all
think they did nothing wrong.. It's about accountability, not about
being perfect...
