That would be Dan Walker, who was jailed for savings and loan stuff done
after leaving office. It's a great read considering that now his conduct
would be considered almost normal and he would get a bailout...

I'm about as Libertarian as you can get, and of the few real reformers
I've seen in my life Walker has to be near the top. Democrats just hated
the guy for dismantling the machine and marginalizing Cook co. power.

He's living in California now (released) and if "doing something right
before you did something wrong means anything" he should get a pardon
before he passes on.
