All this discussion on photography and color versus black and white
motivated me to try something with some new web publishing software I
installed.

It works on my computer, but I don't know if it works on all.
After loading (and reading if you're interested) the home page, click on the
"Photo Album" link.
If it works, the pictures should toggle from color to B&W when you roll the
mouse cursor over them.

The pics won't win any awards, but you will get the idea.

That is really cool. What's the name of the program?

Not bad images either - I sense a budding photographer.

I have to roll the pointer over the frame to get the change, but it does
work. On the first picture, it looks like something spilled above the right
arm of the chair on the right. What is that? A plant?

Had to go look. It's some kind of tall plant or weed growing out of the
dunes.
You can see it on the third (bottom) picture.

I really liked the first two photos, in both color and B&W. They seem
to me to do a perfect job of capturing the mood of Cape Cod.

Nice pictures. The one with the birdhouse has an interesting effect
where the clouds to the right appear to turn into a mountain range
when viewed in black and white.

That's a great spot for a house which I've probably seen from the
distance quite a few times.
