Default NMEA onto my HTML website

Im building a website where I would like to visualize some coordinates
extracted real time from a GPS onto a google map.
How do I send GPS data from a PDA into a database?
How can I display this data on my google map?
Any advice would be helpful. I can send more information about my
project if needed
Thanks
