Default replacing adapter for notebook

hello ev'body, help me pls. i've notebook :

- notebook IBM 365x type 2625 / 16 Vdc 2,2 A 35 W

- adapter A:
* input 100 - 120 Vac / 50 - 60 Hz
* output 16 Vdc 2,5 A

- adapter B :
* from Delta Electronics Inc.
* model ADP - 45GB
* input 100 - 240 Vac 1,5 A
* output 19 Vdc 2,4 A

question:
possible change/replace from adapter A to adapter B for my notebook ?

The voltage of adapter B is too high for your TP 365, you need 16 volts
only.
