If it's a DNS prob,
http://216.76.94.234/3NMEA.shtml should work. 500 errors are usually (but not always) a cgi script problem on the page. However, I just checked the logs and I don't see any 500 errors at all. This would seem to indicate that you never got to the server, so you may be correct. I gather you're still having problems?
