Who owns - or has experience with - a Catalina 36 manufactured around 1992?

I'm thinking of buying one. They're not that common in Europe, so it's kind
of hard to find somebody who knows its weaknesses.

So... I would be really grateful, if somebody could give me some tips about
specifics to look for on a used Catalina 36 (not a Mk II).
