![]() Bruce, The next time you make your border crossing fuel run to take immoral advantage of the cheaper diesel subsidised by my taxes, beware of the latest Kastam Diraja Malaysia patrol boats. The new ones are the Interceptor class, 16 metres (53 feet with socks on) and have a contract acceptance speed of 65 knots. Same as before, New Zealand design and Malaysian built. Wouldn't care for the fuel bill though. Should be good. Actually, I don't think anybody cares if a few boats come down from Thailand and anyway, it is still referred to as Siam by most. Oh yes, the Diraja means "royal". As you know we still suffer under the tyranny of a king who, along with the other Sultans of each state, take turns in ruling as Head of State. Unfortunately there is a bad side. We have to vote for the political party of our choice who actually make the laws. Damn! cheers Peter |
