Somebody asks:
Anyone have any idea on material to apply over plywood bulkheads on forward head of Morgan OI 41?? snip Apply a layer of 17 oz glass with epoxy to seal the plywood. Shoot glass with high build primer followed by L/P. After that, strictly a sponge and water to clean. BTW, the above is how I'm finishing my head including a full size, stand up, dedicated shower. I've cover the walls of my head with a commercial vinyl 'wall paper'
called "Sanitis". Since its vinyl it cleans easily, is immune to mildew, is water proof, is applied with a 'weak' rubber cement. When it needs replacing just pull it off and reapply with new. |
