I am looking to buy or trade for digital charts for South Central Alaska and
the Aleutians.

NOAA has many charts for that area available for free from their
website at:

http://chartmaker.ncd.noaa.gov/mcd/enc/download.htm

These are vector charts in the S-57 ENC format and may be used with
software such as Coastal Explorer from my company as well as several
other navigation programs.
