I have a problem with oil leaking out of the prop have changed
both seals and still leaks also
today noticed water in the oil would both problems be a head
gasket ?

Giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're not merely a troll....

Not a chance.

Get a new shaft, bearings and seals -- and have someone with some
experience install them.

Consider a new outboard, as that one's been rode hard and put away wet.
Other things are likely wrong (including the head gasket, but as an
item not directly connected.)
