They are usually in waters less than 10 feet, a hundred yards or more offshore. And they have a tendency to not show up reliably on radar... Not so much in the main bay but as soon as you get off to the side they are there. I think we saw more than 6 just in Chrisfield Sound. The rivers on the eastern shore have a bunch more. |
