and on a related note...shrouds
Have any of you beefed up your standing rigging with extra shrouds? Mine currently has a single
inner/lower, but upon unstepping and removing the standing rigging for replacement, I see that the tang below the spreader has been drilled to accept two lower shrouds. Any advice about adding an extra chainplate/shroud combo. The attachment will be inboard bolted to one of the supporting bulkheads. |
