Default Strange plug...anyone

Hi,

Anyone any idea where I can buy this type of plug? Is looks like a US AC
wall-outlet but one pole is bent ( L shape) for polarisation reason as it
has been mounted aboard my Nortwind for 12 volt wall outlets.

See http://www.picserver.nl/v/U8193P51S040

Any help is welkom!

Cheers

Marc

This does not appear to be a standard NEMA (US standard) plug
configuration. Though you would help yourself by showing the
connector end on, not side on - can't really see the pin shape.

Someone pointed out the name written in the plug is not Ticino (googled for
that) but BTicino. I just mailed the pictures to a distributor. Hope for th
best as the ship was built in 1983.

Look he
http://nooutage.com/nema_configurations.htm

This looks like a 1-15P connector, with the narrower blade twisted
somewhat. Assuming the blade sizes are like those you have, a pair
of pliers would apply the necessary twist.

You could buy one or several mail order rrom the US and apply twist
yourself.

Looking at bTicino's catalog, he

http://www.usa.bticino/box_US/contents/techlibrary/us_US/C_23_techlibrary_38_document_EN.pdf

I see a two blade assymetrical spade connector NT4127S and L4127S

But there is no twisted blade.
I think someone got creative with your connectors.
With a pair of pliers.
