I see a two blade assymetrical spade connector NT4127S and L4127S

But there is no twisted blade.
I think someone got creative with your connectors.
With a pair of pliers.

This does not appear to be a standard NEMA (US standard) plug
configuration. Though you would help yourself by showing the
connector end on, not side on - can't really see the pin shape.
