If you and your lady love happen to be in the San Juan Islands any time
soon, I'd be happy to have you aboard my old dowager Westsail for an
afternoon sail. Happy Holidays in the meantime.

Thanks!

An interview means little. Write back when you
have a job and are capable of supporting a
wife. Until then, you are being irresponsible
and treating your future wife like a kick
dog rather than a human being. Grow some
testicles and become a man. Until you have
gainful employ you are just another boy.

Any man who is unemployed and cannot even afford a
sailing excursion for his fiancée will likely make one
sorry husband. Do your fiancée a favor and get a job.

Stop mooching and stop being so irresponsible. You sound
like a loser to me.

You're obviously a troll,so I can't believe I'm responding, but which part
of "interview Tuesday" in my original post did you fail to comprehend? Is
wanting something nice for my fiancée so bad.

And WTF are you to tell me I'm being irresponsible. Using my growing thin
_SAVINGS_ to pay for a sailboat trip would clearly be irresponsible, looking
for another way to do it hardly is.

I hope you're a troll, if not, you must be a very bitter, sad individual.

Bwahahahahahhahahahahah!

How's that, Bobsprit? I bet you've never
been able to get kill-filed with a mere two
posts?

Am I the master or what?

Simon: That was downright mean. It sounds like a reasonable request to me.

I have a favor to ask. My fiancée loves to sail, she doesn't have a ton

of
experience, but she really enjoys it. I have been sailing since I was a
young kid, and have quite a bit of experience.

We're both nice, friendly people. I wanted to take her sailing this
weekend, Dec 13 or 14th, as part of her birthday celebration.
Unfortunately, I'm unemployed right now (Interview Tuesday!), and, after
checking prices on charters, I simply can't afford it.

So, here's the question, is anyone sailing out of Dana Point, Newport,

or
Long Beach that would like an extra set of hands on board this weekend.
We're good company, and I can promise a really, really good lunch and

some
nice beer for anyone who wouldn't mind us tagging along. Again, also

I'm a
pretty experienced sailor, so I can definitely be put to work.

If it were Sat, we'd need to be aback by 4 or so, so a morning sail

would
work best. Sunday we've got all day.

Thanks,
Geoff Jennings
