Brian w ... these things (GEN 1 units) are all made by a few Russian companies and unless you get a Gen 2 or 3 all of the Gen 1 units will give you a similar image quality. The one posted from Harbor Freight is their own model but it is just a rebranded NZT-1 (http://store.yahoo.com/opticsplanet/atn-nzt1.html). So IMHO get the cheapest one you can. Just keep in mind that they don't work like on TV where you can everything like it is day. You will not be able to see the markers or dock unless you are close to them and it is a full moon. It is more *like* using the night shot feature on a sony video camera.
