Default Jet skier decapitated in Florida

Bear in mind that there are many boats that are worth FAR LESS than
nothing, and so would be a very bad deal even if the owner gave the boat
to the "poor" sailor for free.

With the beheading will Florida prohibit line stretched between objects
and boats or will they prohibit jet skies. Probably lines between
objects and boat.

I guess this answers the age old question what will happen to the person
on water skies when he hits your forstay.
