Hi

Anybody know the relationship/history of Cal and Crown sailboats? They
seem pretty much identical: the Cal 20, Crown 23 and Cal 25 can only
be told apart at a distance by counting the windows. And now the Cal
2-27 and Crown 28 look pretty much identical (particularly below the
waterline!) except for a foot of waterline.

Are they related somehow? Or do they just happen to share a good hull
shape?
