Default Skip heading north?

....
Might I suggest using something like Ocens (http://www.ocens.com/
wxnet.htm) to do you own forcasting with in the future.

....

If you have web access then https://www.fnmoc.navy.mil/PUBLIC/WXMAP/
is pretty good and free and I also use www.buoyweather.com which has
an annual fee. There are probably better sources for North
America... Here in Honolulu, NOAA is housed in a building with no
windows (really!) and sometimes it shows...

Congratulations on being underway again!
