Default Baseball caps for sailing?

I don't lose nearly as many hats as I used to when we were racing, but
the solution that worked best at that time was to tie a loop of sail
repair twine through the strap on the back of the hat. The other end
of the twine had a loop secured to my sunglasses croakie/whatever.

Never lost a hat (or sunglasses) with that setup.
