HOW2 use old nautical almanacs without updating ?

As I recall, the instructions for doing this are printed in the almanac- you can use an old copy for sun/stars but not for planets/moon sights. I may be wrong on this but seem to remember that the data for the sun and stars comes close to repeating every 4 years. |
