Just about the entire Hudson River south of Albany is very scenic, as
is much of the Mohawk valley west of Amsterdam.

Don't miss the East End Steakhouse in Little Falls, NY. Call them on
the phone and they will send a car to pick you up. Excellent food
when we were there, and nice folks.

Probably the best stop for seafood is City Island on the western end
of Long Island Sound. There are at least 20 seafood restaurants there
with something for almost everyone.
