Gordon,
1. I downloaded the NOAA maps and installed them - the files show up with the file suffixes of .KAP and .BSP 2. I downloaded and installed SeeMyEnc - it requires files of the following 3 types, SENC, S-57 or DNC Tiles 3. SeeMyEnc will not import or open the .KAP or .BSP files What am I doing wrong - if anything??? Claus "Gordon" wrote in message ... Freebie at http://www.openecdis.org/freeware/index.html Gordon "cvj" wrote in message . .. "Gordon" wrote in message ... Might want to look at Coastal Explorer unless you're looking for a freebie. Then look at fugawi. Gordon "Mike" wrote in message ... Hi I've found the USA free to download charts on the NOAA web site. What software can be used to display these charts? hmmm...Fugawi is not a freebie...it's $199. per their website http://www.fugawi.com/docs/navframe.html |
