Default North Atlantice guides

Thinking of bringing my Nic 35 from New England to Ireland. Are there any
useful guides for a North Atlantic crossing?
thanks

There is a good book published in the UK by Imray called the 'Atlantic
Crossing Guide' by Anne Hammick. Google will find it. Probably has
more information that you'll need.

I did UK to Newport RI this year, and will make the return trip next
year. I'm expecting it to be easier!

Thanks, I looked at the table of contents on line and it seems to have
little about the actual crossing ( a lot about getting your boat ready etc).
Are there any other guides to the crossing itself?
did you sail via the Azores or direct? What do you sail and what time of
year did you go?
thanks

Dennis,

This may not be helpful, or it may be, don't know. I found it useful
for cruising Cape Breton.

In any case the price is right.

I was an OSTAR competitor. But not very competitive. Just a 36 foot
cruising ketch. 35 days. slow, but I got there.

Varnish,

Me, too - in '92. When did you do the race? I hated to miss the Half
Crown Club meeting this past May but was headed south to Bermuda and
the Turks and Caicos.

(But, then, my boat sank in that race...)
