There are very FEW waterfront towns that DONT have an anchoring
ordinace let alone the Counties. Anyone with a "captains license" who
sails in Florida waterways would know that. Trust me you anchor out in
my town and the water cops will come knockin.

What town - and I do live in FL..... most of the laws are city laws
placed on Federal waters and don't hold up - you should know that!

For the record, I write, produce and play music for a living. I am also
about as far right as you can go and try to be as good of a Christian
as I can be. As for mindless, I have a collage education, I am a
commercial, multi-engine, instrument pilot with a CFI, USCG Captain 100
ton with endorsements, ASA sailing instructor, and I think through
everything. I am 42 and Monday is my 19th anniversary. I don't
qualify for any of your brainless assessments.

One thing I found in newsgroups is there are sick people that have
nothing positive to contribute. They exist only to cause problems. They
would be writing computer viruses if they were smart enough. The best
thing to do is ignore these creeps, plan your trips, dream your dreams
but do not respond to their sick calls for attention.
