Roller Reefing
Time for new roller reefing jib system. My old roller furling doesn't reef and old sail is shot anyway so time for new. Any advice on brands etc? Thanks Gordon -- Ask not for whom the terrorist bell tolls; it tolls for thee, and thee, and thee--for decent, innocent people everywhere. |

I've had several and now favor the Harken.
I purchased a used unit and with the ample assistance of the Harken (not sure if it's 'in or 'en) tech staff, I was able to completely rebuild everything without any special tools. Just the cost of the bearings (about 6 sets or so). I think the even provided some consumable plastic parts for the foil joints. -- My experience and opinion, FWIW -- Steve s/v Good Intentions "Gordon" wrote in message ...
